Lots of talk.
Here, we count the promises.

“Balwara” (بلورة) is Moroccan politicians' favourite word: they “crystallize” a strategy, “crystallize” a vision… Every promise has a date, a source and a deadline. We follow it to the end and say plainly: kept or balwara.

Method and charter

How do we rate a promise?

    Our rules

    1. No promise without a source. Every promise links to a published article or document.
    2. We judge promises, not people. We compare what was said with what was done.
    3. Independent of every party. The same scale for government and opposition.
    4. We make mistakes, and we fix them. Every documented error is corrected publicly.
    5. We mock the waffle, not the institutions. We laugh at “balwara” and respect the country and its institutions.

Visitor votes are only an opinion indicator: they don't change the verdict, which relies on published data.
